Getting my Workout on!!

The title says it all, I guess I'm not very creative. hah. I've worked out every day this week and will be working out today and tomorrow also.
Sunday- I started ease into 5k, formerly C25K which is how I will refer to it.
Monday- Core Synergistics, P90X. I did almost all of it and then wacked my hand on the bottom of the treadmill. So I finished up with Leslie Sansones 3 mile walk at home DVD.
Tuesday- I did Walk at home DVD
Wednesday- I started Turbo kick class. Its so much fun and a good workout!
Thursday- day 2 C25K
Today- I plan to complete my first week of C25k and try the Firm Stepper ( I haven't attempted this for a couple years)
Saturday- I have Turbo kick again.

Although it might be boring I think I'm going to post my workouts every week to help keep me accountable :)
I'd love to hear what you are doing. I'll leave you with a picture of my supper las tnight.
Mixed lettuce like a shell topped with ground beef and cheese
(it looks like more cheese in the picture than there was).
I had Broccoli and Brussel sprouts on the side. Yummo!!

  2. Thanks! Thats Great. My workouts didnt go as planned. I have an old knee injury from Volleyball and running outside was making it start to hurt pretty bad. Friday I finished C25k but My knees been swollen and hurting since. I took a break until today I worked out for maybe 15mins. I don't want to over do it and end up with months off instead of a few days. Sorry for rambling... GL keeping on track :)

  4. Good for you Emily! I just started my workout routine this week. I've only recently felt the side effects of PCOS weight gain and I've had a tough time trying to figure out what works for me and how I can change my lifestyle. So many times I've tried and abondoned it. But now, I'm being realistic and making it a life change and not about losing weight. Feels great! Good luck to you! You got this!
