I have been doing pretty good so far with the working out and eating good. I've of course had a few cheats :/ but I'm not dwelling on them. I gave in to the scale and weighted last week and hadn't lost anything! It got me thinking about what I need to do to get things going again and have better progress. I came across bodybugg when I was on amazon. I had looked at it before when it was on biggest loser, I decided to look into it more. After doing some research and finding some promo's I ordered it today :) They are having a sale on them right now, free shipping and I have a $25 off code if your interested. 24hourfitness.com
I'm super excited to get this and start using it. It will give my real burn plus when I add my calories I'll get my deficit. Hopefully it will help me to get to my goal and have a steady loss. I need to catch up so I can have 8lb loss on the 1st :)
On another note, I have been trying to find an oatmeal recipe that fits in our diet and I finally found one I wanted to try!! This is my version of the recipe
Ingredients
1C walnuts
1/2 C dates
1 apple
1T coconut butter
1T Cinnamon
1C almond milk
1/4 C whipping cream
1t vanilla
Peel apple and dice small. Add into pot with coconut butter and cook for 5 min. In the mean time add dates and walnuts to food processor and grind then add to the apples along with the cinnamon. Cook 1 min, reduce heat, add milk, vanilla and whipping cream. Cook over low heat 25min.
It will thicken the longer it sits.
This for me was 4 servings Calories- 337/serving
If any of you have had experience with the bodybugg I'd love to hear it or any recipes :)
Have a good week!!!
I can't wait to hear how you like it
