I am horrible about updating :/ I don't know why. I think maybe because there isn't anything exciting going on.
I got my surgery date it is June 14. I will go in on the 12 for my pre op appointment. I have an awesome friend and my husband I have been able to talk to about this. I have told my parents and in laws but its just not as easy to sit down and talk to them. Well I could my parents but I don't want to make my mom a nervous reck with all of my worries. I got my worrying/stress gene from here :) I just keep praying it will all go well and God will be there.
Right now I am studying for my NCLEX so I can finally be a RN. I have graduated school but my nerves have got the best of me when it comes to this test. I am just going to keep trying until I pass. I know I will be a great RN. I was always a good nurse in clinicals and when I worked as a tech. Its what I love. So for now I have that to focus on to keep me from getting to nervous about the surgery.
My husband also helps to keep me positive. I don't know if I could handle all of this with out him by my side. I know, even when we argue, we could never be two stronger people with out each other :)

I was getting a little worried but glad everything is ok! Good luck with the studying! I could never be a nurse becuase human stuff grosses me out! Even when they draw blood I have to look away. However, when it comes to animals I am fine, nothing bothers me, guess I'm just weird. I'm so glad you have an awesome support system. I know the surgery will be a success!
ReplyDeleteThanks Megan! Talk to you also helps :) The only thing I have an issue with is vomit. I gag with them lol I used to not ilke needles but after using them a million times I'm good haha I will try to update a little more often I just feel like I don't have much to update on :/
