Getting back on track

A lot has happened since my last blog. Being out of town for funerals, moving, etc. My weight loss and diet hasn't went as planned. My goal is not going to happen that I set in august so I decided to forget the goal and just getting back on track last week. I am tired of years or months going by and not being were I want to be. I am so glad I have lost so much weight this year, even though its not what I had originally planned it's less than I was so I am very grateful!

Wednesdays are my weigh in days and I lost 5lbs since last week. Total lost 47lbs. I'm hoping next week I will be down 3 lbs and finally be at my 50 lbs lost!!

It is so weird to say I've lost that much because it really doesn't seem like that much. I tell DH all the time I think the scale is playing a trick on me hah. Tomorrow I am getting back on track with exercising and today we went shopping and stocked up on TONS of healthy food, mainly veggies :) We finally found PB2 today after  months of trying to find it locally. For those who don't know it is peanut butter powder. Its mainly just peanuts ground into powder form. Its a lot healthier than other peanut butter and I can pronounce all three ingredients! You just add a little water to the pb2 and it taste delish! You can also  add it to things like yogurt, I eat Fage yogurt and I'm really looking forward to this.

I finally found my meds and other things that accidentally got packed away when we moved so I am trying to get back into doing everything I am supposed to.

I go see the dietician Nov 9th and I'm hoping to have some of my hard work show on the scale however it seems the scale there hates me and never shows the numbers our scale at home does... it weights me anywhere from 5-10lbs more so usually it doesn't really show that I've lost much.

My Goals this week are to mainly get back on track. I've already cut soda out. Eating three meals a day, trying to get in 1300 cals or at least 1000 since I have trouble getting in enough. Exercising at least an hour.

Thats all I can think about for now. I am going to try to blog more also :)
